This is a feedback on the logistics only. The doctors are brilliant and the team is supportive. So the hiring team is doing its job. Which team is taking care of processes, layout, seating and the paperwork? It’s the process and the paperwork that i have a massive issue with. We went to Manipal for my father’s dialysis session. - The place expensive - The software they are using is slowing them down. The team in the unit has to take care of patients and also the paperwork. Clearly short staffed. - The entire process involves the main dialysis and then the dressing. Which is additional charges. The payment for this needs to be done in the ground floor. It’s a mandatory thing , it should be involved in the cost. Or shared as a break up initially. These ++ are all hidden costs and I don’t think it’s fair. - it’s beyond annoying to be running up and down. As a Hospital, please come together and re-look at the building layout. Every floor has a billing unit, i should be able to pay anyw...

 I went to Aadya for my eye check after a friend recommended. Frankly,  I was skeptic about the visit, i went because it was close to me. I am glad i did. Dr.Pavan is very skilled and he has a lot of patience. I did a routine eye check. My friend visited for an eye infection. Both happy.  I went back with my son and I appreciate the way he handled the process. He spoke with my son, did the usual tests and made sure the numbers are satisfactory before sending us off.  Th team is also very helpful. He sees a few people and even a walk-in will not have long waiting. This time we also gave the eyeglasses to the store in how clinic. Happy with that too.  While waiting i have noticed, his patients range from kids to older people.  If you are around this place, please go ahead and visit them. There is no dedicated parking, however you can park on the road for free. I have always visited him in the mornings, please call before you go over. Always helps with the wai...
